Dispatch Times

In-stock orders are typically dispatched on the same business day or the next working day.

Backorders

Selected out-of-stock products are available for pre-order. Estimated dispatch times are displayed on the product page. Backorder items will be dispatched once stock arrives.

If an order contains both in-stock and backorder items, dispatch may be delayed until all items are available.

Nationwide Delivery

We offer courier delivery throughout New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Pickup

Local pickup in Auckland is available by prior arrangement only.

Please note that we do not operate a showroom.

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please ensure the correct part number and compatibility before ordering.
Returns due to incorrect orders or change of mind are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $15.00 (whichever is greater).

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our policy.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
